ORGANIZATION ASSESSMENT
An Organization Assessment is an observation regarding a group's effectiveness by examining the group members' perceptions of their jobs, the work group, and work environment. As a result of the process, management is provided the tools to make critical decisions to ensure the group functions efficiently and cost effectively.
APPROACH
The Quorum Group's approach to assessing the effectiveness of an organization is supportive and positive. The process includes:
- Each assessment is tailored to the unique needs of the Client; no templates are used.
- Team (Client and consultant) development and agreement of expected "outcomes."
- Individual, private meetings to discuss incumbent job content and the related work environment.
- Consultant examination of the organization structure and processes to determine if the design (and personnel) support the mission.
EXPECTED RESULTS
The Client can expect as a result of the above:
- Individual and group assessments regarding strengths and developmental needs.
- Report on employee perceptions of the organization and work environment.
- Recommended changes to procedures or policies.
- Recommendations regarding structural changes.
- Observations and comments regarding issues (real or perceived) and recommended alternatives toward resolution.
Confidential reports are based on sound business and pragmatic judgments which are non-theoretical, non-statistical.
